Love Question 30
I think this is the first Thursday that I’m not thinking endlessly about how much I would like it to be the weekend. How about that. Huh.
My husband and I have recently had a discussion about Christmas (I’ll blog about that later) which has left me thinking about traditions of my past and the possible traditions of my future.
One of my favourite childhood traditions was always ‘the box’. We’d open our presents, leaving ‘the box’ (each of us had one) until last. Then we got to open them at the same time and they were always filled with all sorts of little goodies. As I got older, I vowed that ‘the box’ would be a tradition when I started a family.
Now that I’m with Mr. JM, I have come to see that we have a truly blank slate. We can start whatever traditions we want (he doesn’t have any), no matter how silly.
Love Question 29:
What traditions from your childhood do/will you bring to your relationship/new family? What traditions have you had to get used to with your partner? Have you/will you start(ed) new traditions?
Make sure you leave a link to your answer in the comments section and link to the sites featured with the questions.

Thanks for the heads up, Abbey, but I can’t seem to get to your blog…
